Our aim is that you receive your biscuits in a timely manner and that they arrive to you in perfect condition.


To give your biscuits the absolute best possible chance to arrive in perfect condition, we try to send them out on the Monday or Tuesday after you order. We find this is the best solution so that your biscuits don't sit in a depot over the weekend.

If you'd like us to do otherwise, no problem at all — please just let us know!

In most cases your biscuits are beautifully packaged in a matte black pouch with ribbon & a story card, nestled into a cardboard box with protective eco-fill and a small ice-gel pack to keep them cool for as long as possible.

The parcel is then wrapped in insulated bubble wrap. We take the utmost care packaging your Humble Biscuits!

Our experience has shown that Australia Post Parcel Post is the most dependable and affordable way to deliver your biscuits — we've tested several options!

Due to the perishable nature of our preservative-free biscuits and Australia Post delivery timeframes, we're unable to send to all regions in Australia. If this applies to you, you'll be alerted at checkout when entering your postcode.

Please note: We do not send to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Biscuits usually arrive within 1–5 days based on your location. We dispatch on Mondays or Tuesdays so they don't sit in a depot over non-business days.

If you'd like a different arrangement, please don't hesitate to get in touch!

Our biscuits are freshly baked and free from preservatives. Due to their perishable nature, they are best enjoyed within 10 days of receiving them. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.


Returns, Refunds & Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of our biscuits, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind under any circumstances. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your biscuits, please don't hesitate to get in touch — we truly care that you have a wonderful experience with The Humble Biscuit.
