When Jodie noticed there wasn’t a truly personal gift that captured the magic of the mountain, she saw an opportunity to create something special. Her small-batch biscuits, inspired by the mountain’s natural beauty and made with thoughtful ingredients, bring a touch of homegrown sweetness to every stay.

And so, was The Humble Biscuit was born.

Baked from my own artisan recipes, our small-batch beauties aren’t just any ole sweet treat—they’re a flavour and texture that’s uniquely Tamborine Mountain. With names like Bush Lemon & Macadamia Drizzles, Rustic Almond & Ginger Classics, Scrub Turkish Delights, and Choc-Chunk Peanut Brittle Volcanos, each biscuit is a heartful gift that says “hello!”, “welcome!”, “thank you!”, or “congratulations!” all in one gorgeous little package.

As you may have guessed, I’m passionate about this beautiful region that I’ve been blessed to call home for over 35 years. On Tamborine Mountain, the air is fresher, the pace is slower, and life tastes just that little bit sweeter.
